2. Escribe en una sola columna. Diseña tus boletines electrónicos para que el texto aparezca en una columna y el usuario no tenga que volver al inicio para continuar con la siguiente columna.
3. Enfatiza las llamadas a acción. Tras leer tu e-mail, quieres que tu destinatario tome una acción específica. Usa un botón visible y suficientemente grande como para que un dedo pueda seleccionarlo en una pantalla táctil. Haz lo mismo para conectar a tus cuentas de Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc. Procura incluir los botones de acción en los primeros 200 o 250 pixeles del e-mail para que el usuario los vea antes de hacer scroll hacia abajo.
4. Reduce el texto a la mitad. La gente rara vez lee todo el texto. Facilítales el trabajo eliminando palabras innecesarias.
5. Haz una prueba en dispositivos móviles. Antes de enviar correo masivo, asegúrate de hacer una prueba en teléfonos iPhone, Android y BlackBerry, así como iPads y demás tabletas a las que tengas acceso.
