How to open an update support ticket?

For our team to be more efficient in the times that take to update your website it is important to consider the following recommendations for requesting updates according to the type of content to be updated:

New post publication

    ○ Content (* text and * images).
    ○ *Featured image.
    ○ Category.  

Post editing
    ○ Post link
    ○ Indicate the changes
         • Title.
         • Content (* text and * images).
         • *Featured image.
         • Category.
    ○ Update location (Screen capture - optional).

New product
    ○ Product name.
    ○ Price.
    ○ Category.
    ○ General description.
    ○ Short description.
    ○ *Featured Image image.
    ○ * Images for your gallery.
    ○ Additional features (When applicable):
        •Size.
        •Color.
        •Number of items.

Product edition
    ○ Product link
    ○ Indicate required changes
        • Product name.
        • Price.
        • Category.
        • General description.
        • Short description.
        • *Featured image.
        • *Images for your gallery.
        • Additional features (When applicable):
            • Size.
            • Color.
            • Number of items.
    ○ Update location (Screen capture - optional).

Section editing
    ○ Page link to edit.
    ○ Corrected text or text to add.
    ○ Location of the text to be modified (Screen capture - optional).
    ○ *In case of being an image the new one is required.

Gallery Update
    ○ Gallery link and / or category.
    ○ *Images to place.
    ○ Specify order of images.
 

* Image: It is important to mention that the images sent will not be retouched or edited, so the image sent is the one that will be placed on the site as is.  

* Text: The text sent will be placed on the site without spelling or editing.

It is important that the instructions be as clear as possible so that staff and support team are more efficient in response times.
