It is important to be an educational institution formally stablished in order to be able to register this type of domain. Below, the information you need to start the process is enlisted:
- Copy of the register before the SEP institution or copy of the newspaper stating it according to the specific case; or if it is applicable, copy of the register before the CONACYT.
- Letter with letterhead with name of the educational institution requesting the Domain Name, which will be the only one authorized to use it. Download an example letter here.
- The letter should be signed only by the Director or a Legal Representative named in the Official Certification. If it is not named, you will have to send the nomination that validates as Director or Legal Representative.
- Copy of any official ID of the Legal Representative who signs the letter.
