This is usually due to low printing quality, a small-sized print or the use of an inkjet instead of a laserjet printer.
In this case, the invoice should be printed again using a laserjet printer, with a higher resolution. Make sure the printer has enough toner so that the bar code looks sharp and scannable.
In case of using an inkjet printer, select the highest available resolution in the printing options menu. Make sure the printer has enough ink as well.
If the new print cannot be scanned, you can increase the printing size so the code bar is large enough to be detected by the store's scanner.
