Refund policy
All Web Hosting plans are refundable and may be cancelled at any time. You have up to 30 days to request the total refund of your hosting plan. If after this time you wish to cancel your plan, the refund will be proportional to the number of days of use of the service.
Refunds apply only to Web Hosting plans and do not include domain costs. Domains costs can be consulted here: https://ecolohosting.com/clients/domainchecker.php?language=english. Refunds exclude other services like domain registration, site development or Website Maintenance Plans.
