Email Blocked for domain - Max defers and failures per hour

Error mesagge or rebound:

   mail@youraddress.com

Domain xxxx.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (X/X (X%)) allowed. Message discarded.



This issue may be found due to one of your corporate email accounts is sending emails to wrong or incorrect addresses, wich is labeled as spam and causes mailing from your corporate email accounts to be blocked for an hour for security reasons.

If you find this issue we recommend:

  1. Verify if one of the email accounts is not sending spam or unauthorized massive emails. This can happen even involuntarily if your equipment is infected.   2. Verify if your inbox have too many emails labeled with "Mail Delivery System". This is clear sign that your email is sending emails without your knowledge. In adition to changing your password, do a deep scan to your computer using an antivirus.




  3. Have all other equipment (pc, laptops, smartphones) where you have registered your acounts to be scaned for viruses. All using an antivirus.


*Note:
Is worth mentioning that, if a mail bulletin is sent, first verify that all registered emails are real and are correctly spelled; otherwise the bulletin will be sent back and will be registered as spam and rebound.

-In this case, only remains to wait for the penalization hour and delete or correct the accounts on the database of the bulletin.
