Maintenance plans features
Learn about the coverage of your Corporate Hosting Plan (Pro 500 + Updates) as well as the WordPress maintenance plans. Here’s what updates include:
Images, texts and links
Replace existing text and images. Any text, such as phone numbers, contact information, and paragraphs with descriptions, can be updated and edited.
Catalogs and galleries
Replace, remove or add photos to your image galleries, product catalog, or e-commerce.
Videos and multimedia
Updates for video files (does not cover creation of new files). Deleting anything from your site is free.
Doesn't apply for
New page sections
No new sections of the site will be created, designed, or developed. Only the existing content will be edited.
Graphic design and photo retouching
It does not include graphic design such as logos, flyers, advertisements, brochures, among others, as well as photo retouching.
Advanced programming
It does not include advanced programming, such as JavaScript, PHP, ASP, and various dynamic programming languages. This includes removing code or fixing hacked websites.
Video conversion and editing
If you have a video, please send the link to the video to be replaced. Editing or converting videos is not included.
Searches or transcripts
The search for images or text is not included. All content must be sent via ticket or email. Text should also be delivered in an editable format. Transcription or proofreading is not included.
New additions
Plug-ins, forms, chat system, forums, image galleries, among other functionalities that require programming and database installation, are not included.
